Charcoal Sketches of
Urban Transitional Spaces

Here, There, Nowhere (ed. WK) is like a tourist’s guide book containing a journal of charcoal drawings and photographs with questionnaire-like texts that will prompt the participant to walk his/her own route in the city, specifically beginning near the concierge of CityLink Mall in downtown Singapore. It takes participants on a poetic palimpsest of transitional spaces—those which have been overlooked but become momentary places for some people. HERE THERE NOWHERE is a project of You are not a Tourist curated by Joselina Cruz, a component of the Curating Lab, Singapore Art Show 2007. This project ran from 2 August to 8 October 2007.
